This is a must book tour! It was such a pleasure being able to try LOCAL restaurants rather than the tourist traps littered about the city. Maddy is well informed on the food of Madrid and its cultural significance and is able to facilitate conversations with strangers with ease. The tour allows you to meet others as well as discover new neighborhoods of Madrid which was a real treat.
